Women empowerment forms the bedrock on which any social movement can rest. As a functionary of Local Self Government, I will ensure women participation in decision making and contribute towards improvement of girl child health and education.
I feel that education is the base for all aspect of life. If society is educated then it values the culture and it can make way to decent living life. In educated society, there is peace, harmony and no crime in any form. Hence quality education may be the one of the important goal among SDGs.

Zero Hunger
SDG 2’s Zero Hunger is a cause I fully support and I truly believe that every person should have sufficient nutritious food. People, both in my country and all over the world, suffer from lack of food and nutrition, and I wish to make a change. In support of this cause I will try to reduce food waste in my life by being careful of my consumption, donating food whenever I can, and creating awareness about the problem of hunger. Also, I will assist the food banks while supporting sustainable farm.
I have been working on agricultural sector, also undertaken a few research on how climate is affecting agriculture and what interventions are promoted at farmers level to enhance their capacity to overcome the challenges and adapt agriculture to climate change. I will tell farmers about the need for adopting improved and climate smart technologies and practices thereby to adapt to climate change. Also, I have the habit of growing plants on the balcony and terrace and I will continue that.
