A decade of SDG Fast-tracking
India has fully accepted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, integrating it into national and sub-national policies, governance structures, and development priorities. Here is a video of the journey from 2015, when the SDGs were ratified, localisation, and integration happening over the past decade. It also explains the need for acceleration of the global goals to ensure that the agenda is achieved by 2030.

With States as the main drivers, this programme focuses on the strengths of each district and block and identify doable actions for immediate improvement, measure progress and rank districts and blocks

UNDP has established SDGCCs in Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Nagaland, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Mizoram in partnership with the respective State Governments.
